One day, back in 2006, Turtle and I ventured down to the JP Fawkner Reserve in beautiful Oak Park to take in what the EDFL and more importantly, Oak Park Football Club could offer.
It was a cold day, the sun not sighted since sometime the day before, and as we were enjoying the deliciously hot Glenroy Bakery meat pies, the idea that we could travel around, tasting the wares of the local football scene were born.
What the team here at GLFT will give you is not an insight into the local football teams or results, but an insight as to what they provide for the supporters in regards to food, beverage costs, ease of getting such items, etc
Our ground/team selection is somewhat formulaic, so i can't really go into here, but we do look forward to bring you the details of our discoveries.
